March 8, 2016
The Lee Town Board held a Public Hearing in the Town Hall, and was called to order at 7:00 PM.
The hearing was to hear public concerns or comments regarding the proposal of Local Law No. 1 of 2016 “Amending the zoning ordinance of the Town of Lee, Oneida County, NY”.
Present were: Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Karl Matt, Alan Trombley and Josh Szyper.
Also present: Town Attorney, David Rapke and Highway Superintendent, Bill Baker.
Absent: Councilman Joe Goetz.
The meeting opened with the pledge of allegiance.
Ed Davis of the Planning Board spoke of the many hours that went in to the research and development the planning and zoning boards did to put the modifications together.
There were no other residents in attendance.
A motion was made by John Urtz, seconded by Alan Trombley and carried to adjourn.
