The Lee Town Board held a Special Meeting to discuss the proposed water contract with the City of Rome.  The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.

 

Present were:  Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Karl Matt, and Harold VanWagenen.  

 

Also present: Town Attorney David Rapke and Engineer Jack Dodson.

 

A motion was made by John Urtz, seconded by Harold VanWagenen and carried to go into Executive Session.

Roll Call:                  Karl Matt – Aye                     John Urtz – Aye                      Harold VanWagenen – Aye

 

Members present discussed the renewal agreement proposed by the City of Rome.

 

It was decided to have the City review the Town’s comments and concerns and to arrange another meeting.

 

A motion was made by Harold VanWagenen, seconded by John Urtz and carried to adjourn.

Meeting adjourned at 7:26 PM.
