The Lee Town Board held a Special Meeting immediately following the Public Hearing to act on the preliminary budget for 2015.
This meetings agenda is also to act on the Snow & Ice Control Agreement with Oneida County.
Present were: Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Alan Trombley, Harold VanWagenen and Kevin Gallagher and Karl Matt.
The meeting was called to order at 7:31 PM.
A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Alan Trombley and carried to adopt the final budget for 2015.
Roll Call: Karl Matt - Aye Alan Trombley - Aye John Urtz - Aye
Kevin Gallagher - Aye Harold VanWagenen - Aye
A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Harold VanWagenen and carried to enter into agreement with Oneida County for the control of Snow & Ice on county roads for the seasons of 2014/2015 and 2015/2016.
A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by John Urtz and carried to retain the firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King to represent the Town in the proceedings regarding Timothy Hyde.

A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Harold VanWagenen and carried to adjourn.

The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:35 PM.
