October 28, 2014: Public Hearing 2015 Budget

The Lee Town Board held a Public Hearing on the preliminary 2015 budget.

 

Present were:  Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Alan Trombley, Harold VanWagenen and Kevin Gallagher and Karl Matt.

 

The hearing was called to order at 7:00 PM.

 

Supervisor Urtz reported that some adjustments were made to the lighting district figures since first stated at the October 14th meeting.  Lighting district figures are as follows:

Additional funds were appropriated into some accounts in anticipation of several projects for the 2015 season.  The Highway Department will be purchasing a 10-wheeler and a chipper; they will also be doing road maintenance beyond the normal paving.  Items for the General Fund include new computers and more improvements to the park, such as the walking paths and fencing.

 

A motion was made by Kevin Gallagher, seconded by Harold VanWagenen and carried to adjourn.

The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:08 PM.
