The Town of Lee held a Special Meeting in the Lee Town Hall to act on the advertised bid for "One new and unused, side-mounted, hydraulically powered, 74" flail mower", and to act on an employee resignation.

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM.

Present were:  Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Kevin Gallagher, Alan Trombley, and Karl Matt.

 

Councilman Harold VanWagenen was present following the adjournment. 

 

Only one (1) bid was received at the March 11th meeting:

 

  • Tracey Road Equipment           $31,976.00

 

The bid was reviewed in comparison with State Contract pricing; a motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and carried to accept the bid from Tracey Road Equipment.

   John Urtz - Aye                     Kevin Gallagher - Aye 

 

A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Karl Matt and carried to accept the resignation of Shelley Waterman as court clerk effective 2/19/14.  Mrs. Waterman was approved as an additional clerk to the Town Clerk by the Town Board at the December 2012 board meeting.

   John Urtz - Aye                     Kevin Gallagher - Aye 

 

A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Karl Matt and carried to adjourn.

The special meeting adjourned at 6:05 PM.
