The Lee Town Board held a Special Meeting in the Lee Town Hall to discuss correcting the beginning term dates on the Standard Work Day Resolution for the NYS Retirement System.
Present were: Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Alan Trombley, Patrick Hetherington, and Kevin Gallagher.
Absent: Councilman Karl Matt.
The meeting was called to order at 5:07 PM.
The original resolution had term dates beginning 01/01/12 for appointed officials; the correction will report the term date beginning 01/01/10.
A motion was made by Alan Trombley to correct the current resolution, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and CARRIED.
There are 5 members to the full Board, 4 members were present and 4 of such members voted in favor of the above resolution.
A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Patrick Hetherington and CARRIED to adjourn.
The Special Meeting was adjourned at 5:08 PM.
