June 11, 2013 - PUBLIC HEARING #2
The Lee Town Board held a Public Hearing to hear resident comments regarding the adoption of a Local Law No. 1 of the Town of Lee for the year 2013, entitled "A Local Law facilitating Flood Damage Prevention".
Present were: Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Alan Trombley, Patrick Hetherington and Karl Matt.
Also present: Town Attorney, David Rapke
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
There were no residents in attendance.
Supervisor Urtz mentioned that this local law will be presented to the DEC for approval.
Attorney David Rapke pointed out that the application fee for a floodplain development permit will be entered as $50.
Councilman Kevin Gallagher mentioned that the floodplain maps have been received by the Town.
There was no further discussion.
A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Patrick Hetherington and CARRIED to adjourn.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
