The Lee Town Board held a Special Meeting in the Lee Town Hall to either grant or disapprove of a right-of-way for a power line from the Marshall property located on Turin Road, parcel no. 171.003-1-28, that would cross Town owned property.  

 

Also on the agenda is to address the Lee Soccer request for contribution, submitted by Joseph Entelisano.

 

Present were:  Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Kevin Gallagher and Karl Matt.

 

Unable to attend:  Councilmen Patrick Hetherington and Alan Trombley.

 

The meeting was called to order at 12:05 PM.

 

The original language of the easement request was amended to suit the Town Board; a motion was made by Kevin Gallagher, seconded by John Urtz and CARRIED to accept the new map and Grant of Easement.

 

A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and CARRIED to contribute the requested $2147 for the one team on the Lee Soccer Club.

A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and CARRIED to adjourn.

 

The Special Meeting was adjourned at 12:11 PM.
