The Lee Town Board met for a Special Meeting in the Lee Town Hall at 5:30 PM.

 

Meeting began at:  5:39 PM

Present were:   Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Patrick Hetherington, Kevin Gallagher, Alan Trombley and Karl Matt.

 

Also present:  Highway Superintendant Bill Baker and Town Attorney, David Rapke.

 

A motion was made by John Urtz, seconded by Patrick Hetherington and CARRIED to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel issues and highway safety equipment concerns.

 

Executive Session began at 5:40 PM and ended at 7:08 PM

 

A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and CARRIED to adjourn the Executive Session.

 

A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and CARRIED to adjourn the Special Meeting.  Meeting adjourned at 7:09 PM.
