The Lee Town Board met for a Special Meeting to open bids for mowing of the Lee Town Park and Route 26 Trooper Barracks for the 2012 season, July 1 through October 31.
Meeting began at: 6:12 PM
Present were: Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen Patrick Hetherington, Kevin Gallagher, Alan Trombley and Karl Matt.
Councilman Kevin Gallagher opened the bids:
1. Allen's Enterprise of Capron Rd. $8,000.00
2. Hillside Seasonal Services of Marsh Rd. $9,950.00
3. Jones Family Enterprises of Rome $14,875.00
A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Patrick Hetherington and CARRIED to adjourn and canvass the bids immediately following the meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 6:21 PM.
A motion was made by Kevin Gallagher, seconded by Karl Matt and CARRIED to reopen the special meeting at 6:21 PM.
A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Patrick Hetherington and CARRIED to accept the bid submitted by Hillside Seasonal Services. All in favor.
A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Alan Trombley and CARRIED to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:44 PM
