The Lee Town Board met for a Special Meeting to hire for the town park mowing position.
Meeting began at: 6:03 PM
Present were: Councilmen Patrick Hetherington, Kevin Gallagher, Alan Trombley and Karl Matt.
Unable to attend: Supervisor John Urtz
Councilman Trombley conducted the meeting and announced that interviews for the position were held on April 13, 2012. Mr. Trombley asked the Board if there were any motions:
A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Patrick Hetherington and CARRIED to hire Victor Iverson of Milles Drive to the position of mowing the Lee Town Park at a yearly salary of $7000.
Roll Call: Karl Matt - Aye Alan Trombley - Aye Pat Hetherington - Aye
Kevin Gallagher - Abstained: was not present for interviews.
Councilman Hetherington stated that he is pleased with the work that Hillside Seasonal has been doing for the Town but their quote exceeded the town procurement policy and the Board was unable to act on the proposal.
A motion was made by Karl Matt, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and CARRIED to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:06 PM
