A Public Hearing was held in the Town Hall, and was called to order at 7:04 PM.

 

The purpose was to allow for resident questions or concerns and discussion regarding proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2012  "providing for the establishment of alternate Zoning Board of Appeals member positions and alternate Planning Board member positions and conditions under which same are entitle to act."

 

Present were:  Supervisor John Urtz, Councilmen, Alan Trombley, Karl Matt, Kevin Gallagher and Patrick Hetherington.

 

There were no residents in attendance.

A motion was made by Alan Trombley, seconded by Kevin Gallagher and CARRIED to adjourn. 

Roll Call:  Karl Matt - Aye            Alan Trombley - Aye     John Urtz - Aye

                        Kevin Gallagher - Aye              Pat Hetherington - Aye

 

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:07 PM.
