TOWN OF LEE PLANNING BOARD
MINUTES OF JUNE 6, 2017
PRESENT: James Jones – Chairman, John McMahon – Deputy Chairman, Dennis Sexton, Edward Davis, Jessica Perry, Amanda Grimm and Patrick Pomento
EXCUSED: Brad Davis
ABSENT: N/A
PUBLIC HEARING: There was no public hearing.
CALL TO ORDER: The regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm. The roll was called by Chairman James Jones and all members were present with the exception of Brad Davis. The minutes of May 2, 2017 were reviewed. Ed Davis made a motion to approve the Minutes of May 2, 2017 as presented. The motion was seconded by John McMahon and carried.
OLD BUSINESS: There was no old business.
NEW BUSINESS: Andrew Bailey was present to discuss suggested updates to the survey map in connection with the subdivision of the Wallace property (Tax ID 152.000-2-32.4 & 152.000-2-32.4-1). Mr. Bailey presented the updated maps to the Board for their review. Numerous errors were found in the previous survey, and Mr. Wallace asked Andrew Bailey to redo the surveys. It is not a new subdivision – just a slight new configuration. The initial map was done in 2014.
Ed Davis made a motion to approve the updated maps. The motion was seconded by Pat Pomento and carried.
Jason Bonanza, 6036 Cemetery Road, is interested in subdividing the property. He provided the maps of Terra Bella which show the overview of the property (9.297 acres). Mr. Bonanza was provided with the application and Subdivision Regulations and stated that he would move forward with getting the property surveyed.
DISCUSSION:
NEXT MEETING: There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made by Ed Davis, seconded by John McMahon and carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. The next meeting of the Planning Board will be held on July 6, 2017.
