PUBLIC HEARING:  Michal & Roslyn Matthews, 4951 Rome-Taberg Road, seek to subdivide 5.73 acres at property located at 4951 Rome-Taberg Road, designated as Tax Parcels 186.00-1-6.4 and 186.00-1-53.3.

 

 

CALL TO ORDER: 

 

 

MINUTES:  Review Minutes of July 2, 2019 for approval.

 

 

OLD BUSINESS: Review Matthews proposal.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS:  Dan Griffiths, Griffiths Engineering, will be present in connection with the site plan review for the proposed Dollar General to be located on State Route 26, Town of Lee.

 

Jeffrey Moore will be present to discussed a proposed boundary line adjustment in connection with property located in Delta Lake Estates.

 

 

DISCUSSION: 

 

 

NEXT MEETING:  The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held September 3, 2019.
